Right now, the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR) is considering new rules that threaten fantasy sports in Michigan. We urge you to call JCAR Committee Chairman Jim Haadsma at (517) 373-2616 and tell him to reject the Michigan Gaming Control Board’s proposed rules on fantasy sports. 

Chairman Haadsma should reject these new rules because: 

• The rules would take away the right to play specific fantasy sports games

• These games are loved by tens of thousands of Michiganders across the state and in his home district

• Adopting these rules would be unfair and immediately put an end to fantasy sports games we enjoy every day. 

• Michigan lawmakers should protect our right to play fantasy sports.
